Use method of pipe sealing air bag

[General description] The pipe plugging airbag is made of reinforced natural rubber. Each pipe plugging airbag will be tested at 1.5 times of the rated working pressure and corresponding pipe diameter before delivery. In order to ensure the strength of the pipe water plugging airbag structure, we have adopted a safety factor of three times the rated working pressure of the pipe sealer.

The pipe plugging air bag is made of reinforced natural rubber. The water shutoff airbag pipeline is composed of airbag, pressure gauge, tee, 6m long special pneumatic hose and pump. In the experiment of building a closed floor, it can withstand the natural pressure of 2-6 layers of water. The pipe air bag is especially suitable for closed water test, closed air test, leak detection, temporary water plugging for pipe maintenance and other maintenance tests.

How to use pipes to block air bags:
1. First, check whether the air tube is firmly connected, whether the pointer of the pressure gauge points to the zero point position, and check whether the blocked air bag swings normally after inflation. If the pointer of the pressure gauge shakes abnormally, replace it with a new one immediately, and connect the airbag and accessories. First, the blocked air bag shall be filled with air when it is open, and the filling pressure of air shall not exceed 0.01 mpa. Use soapy water to check whether the air bag and connector are leaking.

2. Before operation, check the basic conditions in the pipeline. For new pipes, check whether the inner wall of the pipe is smooth and lubricated, whether there is sludge, and whether the sludge has sediment protrusions. Regarding the old pipes, are there cement slag, glass slag, sharp solids, etc? If the pipe is not cleaned, the plugging effect will be reduced and water leakage will occur. Especially when it is used in cast iron pipe or cement pipe, please pay attention not to let the air bag expand to avoid blocking the water bag.

3. It is difficult to judge the garbage status in the pipeline when the blocked air bag is working with water in the pipeline. In addition to piping arrangement, the airbag needs to be maintained at this time. For example, if no canvas cover is placed on the surface, or more than 4mm rubber pad is placed in the air bag for wrapping, the air bag that blocks the water will easily burst due to the garbage in the water.

4. When the sewage pipe is blocked, the operation time of the air bag in the pipe shall be shortened to less than 12 hours. Sewage usually contains organic or inorganic chemical solvents. If the emulsified conjunctiva on the surface of the airbag is immersed or corroded for a long time, its strength and friction will be reduced, thus affecting the plugging project.

5. When the airbag is placed in the pipeline, in order to prevent the blocked airbag from being opened, the pressure of the forming part is too high, and the airbag is stressed, resulting in the rupture of the part under instantaneous pressure, it should be placed in parallel after inflation to avoid bending or folding.

6. When using the inflator to inflate, slowly increase the pressure and do it in stages. When the pressure increases for a while and the distance is several minutes, it is necessary to change the normal air pressure inside the blocked airbag. When using on pipes with pipe diameter less than DN600, please use a small or small inflator to inflate the air bag. It is not easy to use a large air filling device to air fill the water clogging air bag. If the filling speed of air is grasped, the chain structure inside the blocked airbag will be destroyed instantly when it is inelastic, and will remain open, resulting in fracture.

7. The main function of the air bag to isolate water is the sealing effect. When the water pressure is slightly higher than the expansion pressure of the pipeline, it is necessary to manually reinforce the water barrier airbag. It includes the following contents.
(1) Several sandbags are placed on the back of the water barrier bag to prevent the water barrier bag from moving in the pipe.
(2) Support the pipe wall with a cross shaped stick to prevent the waterproof airbag from slipping.
(3) When the water blocking air bag blocks water in the opposite direction, wrap the water blocking air bag into a mesh bag with a protective net and bind it with ropes before construction.

8. When the pressure in the air bag that blocks the water drops, the pointer of the pressure gauge drops, and the pressure needs to be replenished immediately.
